From one who stayed too long at the Fair (ie. long)': We often make a simple mistake of logic here when discussing the relationship of our choices and the analysts/institutions role. IT'S OUR MONEY WE ARE DEALING WITH; THEY USE OPMs (other people's money). So unless you can find me a significant legal case of (institutional) fiduciary contract breachment (a vile phrase) then we have to face up to it that we take responsibilty and they assign it elsewhere. This helps them keep objective re:market trends in the short term, ie. recent "dip", whereas we must needs consider that we will hold ourselves up to scorn if we miss the reversal. Not them, they attribute all volatility to us. But while they can escape self recrimination (what ever happened to worrying about widows/widowers and orphans?) they never get the thrill of having laid it on the line knowing it can come back to haunt them or cover them with glory...exception of course was Garzarelli in '87...she rode that for a long time. Well anyway, all this is just to avoid studying for a test so I'll get off the soap box and back to work.

Oh yea....guess who on this thread is both a trader and using his own money...you guessed it...Lee Kramer... and he called this event for us.....some of us will listen better next time.

quick thoughts here...this selloff is like every other selloff, correction..not one bit different this time..

so we'll bottom at some point..and then, the fundies will come into this market with everything they have..

because major league stocks of high quality are on sale, and will be for awhile...

they'll buy this dip..and then when we retest the lows later this year..they'll buy that dip too...

they HAVE to invest that money, period..and right now, they are loaded up with sideline cash..even Miss Abby J-C is heavy into cash..ya can't make profits without investing the money somewhere...

as for EMLX, heck it will come back..almost every stock that got killed will rally some what...in the next week or two...unload if you wish during that rally,,,

Mon will not be the best time to exit any trade...

regards to all..i am going to din din with friends...

at least i think there still my friend<VBG>

LongJohn: Good post. You might consider selling some of those "dogs" into the next rally within this down market. I may be wrong, but I suspect it'll be rather soon. (Lee)
