I received my first margin call ever last Friday. I'm not heavily margined, however, some I'm able to cover it with cash and not sell anything.

Of more interest to me, though, is that I'm probably going to realize my first 100% equity investment loss. I bought ETYS (E-Toys) late last year for ~32 1/2 - I assumed the Christmas rush would be great for this e-tailer. However, I've watch it tank and tank, and it now sits at $4 3/4. I don't sell, hoping a takeover will give me back a few dollars. But I'm also resigned to the fact that it could go to $0 if they don't find someone soon. I've received a tough, but well-deserved, lesson. Anyone else care to fess up?
