Subj: just so you have some documentation on "Company Press Release" graycary still went into court on 2/15/00 and got the permanent judgment knowing that I NEVER put the words "Company Press Release" in my press releases so that it looked like a ZSUN press release. This is a fact. This is the proof!! Please note this email is dated 2/6/00.

This is business wires response to me in a email about the "Company Press Release" that you to the judge in the Bryant Cragun Law suit that I had put in my press releases of Jan.1 and jan 3 of 2000 to make it look like a official Ziasun press release. For the record what you told the judge was not the truth.

In regard to the below reference to Yahoo's placement of the words "Company Press Release", that is an issue that you need to take up with Yahoo directly as they are the ones who add that tag line above the release, not Business Wire.

Jeffery- Carnegie has instituted a SECOND round of suits against posters. In particular my friend the scrutinizer, a saint among men and young girls. I will try to get the links to post. FWIW I have the pleadings in the first Carnegie suit against Bill Higbee Indianhead and others. It is a joke.
