Chief,

Any comment on this NR? Have you heard anything about the lawsuit either - that seems to have dissappeared?

A geologist friend of mine works for Cominco. He feels that this # of holes drilled is way to small for a buyout or JV. He thinks that another year of drilling (and subsequent horrid financing) would be required before any major put out the big bucks. That being said, he is a shareholder of RKR as are many in his "circle of friends". BTW, this is just his opinion, not mine....
