Hitsgalore.com has been a profitable company and we intend to stay that way. Whether we collect or liquidate on the trust deal, we plan to continue as a profitable growing concern. Is Dorian in denial, or what? I can't imagine him getting an auditor to agree with this. Let's look at the latest 10Q. Here are three excerpts: As of September 30, 1999, the Company has LCE receivables from LFT totaling approximately $4,050,000 outstanding. Net income $ 1,502,646 Total stockholders' equity 2,517,702 When you don't count the LFT receivables, you can see from the figures above that Hitsgalore has: * negative earnings * negative shareholders equity It also has: * negative working capital This company is toast.
