Indeed, it is Mr. Hicks. Amazing thing is that I NEVER even said anything remotely actionable. I WAS a shareholder who happened to be holding HITT due to SCMI reverse merger. I got lucky and sold at the top. In fact, if you'll check my posts from the day before the news broke, I was chastising Pluvia for bashing HITT!

When I posted on Raging Bull that Mr. P. was initiating a short on HITT, others on the boards starting accusing me of everything but stealing candy from babies! I, a former shareholder, who didn't even know HOW to short a stock, was caught in the middle of something that didn't even involve me. It was preposterous.

All told, the lawsuit cost me about $400. Chalk it up to experience.

For what it's worth, the expert from the Weiss and Yourmann class action suit is one of the world's leading experts. He has valued the stamp collection at $75,000 AT BEST if sold in it's entirity in one block. Sold off in smaller chunks it will be worth even less.

I also know that the appeal for the class action suit is proceeding as planned. I was surprised to find out that they were appealing to the Circuit Court, as I'm not certain there will be anything left for the plaintiffs to recover. Then again, there might be some philatelists in the class, eh?

So, vindicated go I...

Thank you. And yes, vindication is sweet indeed.
