Mr. Fritz told me today that between he and Mr. Rakib, they own 3.2 million shares of TERN. The no. of shares sold is insignificant.

Ray Fritz's intent to sell was registered 2/22/00.

I've been told he's sold all his vested shares. The only ones he hasn't sold are based on options not yet exercised.
