It was in the last annual report. I have misplaced the report, I am doing a little moving around in my office.

Dennis and I have previously discussed this issue. In the report, ULBI quotes the value of the IMG stock. I went back in the charts and found the price of IMG and divided it out to determine the amount of IMG held. It came out to approximately 281,000 shares if I remember correctly. That would equate to quite a bit of money if they sold on the recent run up.

I believe that Dennis also came up with a figure around 281,000 shares.

I will look around for my report and find the page that it is listed on.

The Taiwanese joint venture can't really be counted as an asset until the plant is completed. The plan is to have it operational before the end of the calendar year.
