NEVER give little ones access to the pool if You ARE NOT OUT THERE. We have two sliding glass doors out to the pool from the tv room and the dining room, with large rods up at the very top. Even If I come in for a minute, reflex is to push rod in to secure door besides lower lock. BTW having a meeting Tomorrow re hospital proposal, found out property values are up bigtime last 3 months here. It is only two very insulated streets which run for a block and end at the wall of the hospital. Very quiet with NO traffic and lots averaging a 1/4 of an acre. 33 houses and 1 extra lot, and hospital has bought all small doctors complexes just east of us. If You have any time would appreciate Your expertise re this matter, some worried about eminent domain as it is a non for profit corporation. Tia and hope to reciprocate soon
