We believe the evidence clearly shows TERN officials led the investing public to think TERN was the next standard. Pluvia and Truthseeker, what is your opinion of the second cablelabs letter to Tern? It was never mentioned on AP site or Truthseeker site which I find curious. I wondered why the omission since the first cablelabs letter is an essential part of the suit. The second letter from CableLabs seems rather irrelevant in our opinion. More a political "lets be friendly" then anything else.
