John, >"Edelstone at Morgan Stanley raised his rating on INTC from outperform to strong buy."

He's either sticking his neck way out, or he has heard that earnings will be very good.

Hero du jour.

Ashok Kumar was on CNBC (that Philly Enquirer of TV biz shows). He's looking for flat revs with 1Q at $8.2B, higher GMs producing 75 cents a share. I think he said lower units quarter over quarter and lower ASPs (go figure that one with flat revs). Server farms??? Kidding. Maybe he only considers desktop chips when making the broad statements, doesn't include server chips.

Well, Edelstone, Kumar, Niles in the boat. Is this good?
