I am using MER and SCH concurrently. MER has much better service but their online trading needs a lot of help. The user interface is cumbersome and they don't seem to understand that updates to the account balances and positions are important. I am also still trying to figure out how to find options strings. I will say that MER has been very receptive to my input on the online trading enhancements that I think are needed....almost anxious to get my input. But until they make it less cumbersome, I will still be using chuckie for my active trading.
