I would say that is one of the advantages of using a full service broker. These guys are tend to be conservative when it comes to use of margin and so on -- and at least would caution customers to think twice. They are probably more sensitive to liability issues. I think that I am SI'ed out; I keep telling myself that I will stay out of controversies and then jump right back in. This time I can at least blame it on the Scooter who started it all!
