I'm socking some of the bluer chip stocks preffereds into my IRA... Federal, New Plan, First Industrial, etc. You can get 10-11% in your sleep! Everyone hates these things.

NHP's earnings and continued dividend encouraging???
With these announcements it seems to me that despite the healthcare industry risks NHP is holding up OK and is a bargain. Comments appreciated. Bob
