Jay, Bruno, fellow contributors... kinda OT: Shareholders' Meeting I have a flight out after the meeting, but would like to try to get together for dinner or an evening event the night before. If people desire I can get a list of potential SI SNDK Thread attendees together and we can try to make a decision before hand. Jay, Ask them if they'd like to pick up a leading disk drive vendor cheaply, for, say, about $3 billion or so in stock. I hear one is for sale. I think they've got a guy on their board who could run it. Just kidding. Sort of. You can also ask Eli why he scheduled earnings on the first night of Passover, when at least some of his stockholders and staff will be having Seders. He ought to be a little more aware than that, unless there is some kind of symbolism involved in the timing. I'll be the first to say this--if the market is at least steady over the next few weeks (if it is, say, above 3800), I think it is plausible that Sandisk will make a new high by the meeting, or at least come close to it. That is how good I think earnings will be. Unfortunately, I probably won't be able to see them until Thursday. Happy Passover to those that celebrate. Best wishes, Sam
