Re: "IC (long TRAC)"

Kudos. Not that I am a school marm, but at least people will know from whence you came.

I would rather see a post with something like "IC (long TRAC)" than to read every post on a thread just to figure out if the guy (or gal) is worth their salt. I have no time to waste reading posts that are consistently one-sided.

I am not suggesting that you ever intended to waste anyone's time, but fact is, time is money. If I am not doing DD or buying or selling, I am WORKING FOR A LIVING.

You have a lot of valuable insights as the record shows. I, too, would like the price to go up, but I am just as interested in what is WRONG with this stock as what is RIGHT. That way maybe (just maybe), I won't be a Mr. Hurts.

Regards

Well, it looks like Barry's shares were absorbed into the market today. I counted about 23 million, enough to pay his margin call.

The question is, who bought them? I think the buyer bought them, but still doesn't own enough TRAC to have outright control. This puts Barry and insiders back in the drivers seat as far as buyout price per share. Whoever the buyer is, they now have a very low cost basis and can afford to pay a large amount for the few million remaining shares that will give them absolute control.

IC

Disclaimer (canuck's suggestion); IC is long TRAC, IC has been long TRAC for a long time, IC has never traded TRAC in any direction but long, IC is not an employee of TRAC, IC is not compensated by TRAC in any way, IC is simply a shareholder of TRAC, IC's opinions are only his own and do not represent those of TRAC

WTF are you talking about?????????????

Trac went Nite direct and herzog direct to avoid ADP and provide better service. How the F*&^ is this possibly a good thing???????????????????????????

I started trading at 8:30 am this morning and had Island shut down on me at 9:20

DO YOU HAVE ANY F&*^ING IDEA HOW MUCH MONEY I LOST????????

Wayne (Thinking about shorting the crap outta this thing and closing all accounts)

just got this e-mail from TRAC, posted in it's entirety;

"Our clearing firm has requested that we currently route all orders via ADP.
We expect to update you on Monday."

Sounds to me like the buyer has a different clearing firm.

For all the longs on the thread, especially Barry; I wish you a fruitful Passover and Easter. They have a deep significance for us. I also wish blessings on the shorts.
