John,

I don't think it makes any difference, although I do feel the exploration companies will soon start spending 100% of their cash flow plus what ever the banks will lend them on exploration.

World demand is growing to fast and world supply is shrinking to fast for it to make any difference over the next two to three years, and by then I will be sitting in my new vacation home in Santa Fe.

In a matter of months, one country like Iraq for example, will be in total control of future oil prices. If Iraq stops producing, all OPEC combined will not have the capacity to supply world demand. Rather scary?

Don't you find it rather strange that the worlds largest oil companies are over in Saudi as we type to discuss the future joint development of additional Saudi's reserves (which will take time they don't have)?
