Looks like particularly fetid kim-shee, as served by the Samsung works canteen, been there, eaten the cabbage.

Actually the Samsung plant a fascinating place, more like a medium sized town than a factory. They have 30,000 workers on the site, which is so big they have company bikes to get around it. You just grab the nearest one, and leave it at your destination.

Everyone on the site wears the company uniform. Didn't see it happen, but it wouldn't surprise me if they all do aerobics drill at 7:55 each morning.

jhg kimchi is a Korean dish.... KIMCHI (KOREAN CABBAGE RELISH) recipes.wenzel.net

and Hitachi is a HUGE Japanese Multinational company and the two don't generally go together too well.
