Hi Pat, thank you from me as well for cc notes. I am following your strategy of owning several stocks in this sector. JDSU, SDLI, GLW, and HLIT (which also had good earnings last night). Regards, tim

Pat, thanks so much for your excellent notes. I find it amazing that mgmt. is declaring 25% sequential rev. growth for Q2. Assuming ~30% net holds, I guess we can expect 30% sequential growth for net as well? Mgmt. did not comment specifically on growth outlook for Q3 and Q4, but I was wondering if you had a feel for this. Specifically, if these 20%+ sequential quarters are a one-time thing (of course the law of large numbers will slow things down eventually but), or if they are indicative of a secular trend likely to keep annualized growth near triple digits for the foreseeable future.

Also, during the CC, one of the earlier questioners was going on about how LU was seeing strong demand, but then expected supply to catch up by the end of the year. Then the guy got cut off. I guess where he was heading was to ask mgmt. about their outlook for demand beyond the near term. Unfortunately, since the guy disappeared, there was no punchline. Kind of like being left hanging at the end of a soap episode.
