George are you sure he did not read my post <GG> It is amazing that we both point to the same imbalances and actually say the same thing except that I am much less diplomatic about the possible outcome.

LG asked SI to place my post as "the cool post of the day" I am almost sure they will not classify it as such, as I do not promote the buying of more stocks and other Internet related hype.

USA Today after the interview and after blaming mostly the media and WS for the recent debacle canned what I had to say. <GGG>

All they want to hear are rosy prediction - like the story of King who wanted the most beatifull clothes (without clothes).

With regards to the following...
+++++++++++++++
LG asked SI to place my post as "the cool post of the day" I am almost sure they will
not classify it as such, as I do not promote the buying of more stocks and other
Internet related hype.
+++++++++++++++

I choose the posts of the day, though I am sometimes overridden by an editor. I liked reading the post in question, but don't think
I'll submit it. Not because the post it too bearish, but because it's too political.

I think that that the 'cool posts' should be stock market/economy related. While your points about capital imbalances were well
made you covered a lot more ground that were OT to the original point.

But if you want to make any suggestions in the future, I'd be happy to see them.

- Dave

Dear David:

Respectfully disagree with your asesment. Today the financial markets are used also as a political tool.

I am sorry SI editors did not grow up to recognize that.

Thank you for your attention.
