12:49 ET Legato Systems (LGTOE) 11 1/4 -4 3/4 (-30%): Company announces that it has received a letter from NASDAQ informing the company that it has become subject to NASDAQ delisting procedures as a result of the Company's delay in filing its Form 10-K for fiscal 1999. As a result, the company's ticker symbol will be appended by an "E" to LGTOE. The delay comes as a result of LGTO discovering that some of its sales representatives improperly entered into some side agreements involving approximately $7 mln of Q4 sales. The company expects to complete its investigation in the next few weeks. OUCH.
