Dear CJ; Well, that word SWAP really bothers me. Perhaps I am paranoid. What if they were to sell GBLX at a price we didnt like and say to us, well if you wish you can SWAP your shares into Global Center rather than either take a low payment on the GBLX or stay a minority shareholder in a then non public entity? Hope I am just imagining things, but these guys are wheeler dealers and I dont take anything for granted from them. Plus, I still dont understand why this stock price is so low. I am a proponent that the MARKET KNOWS ALL, and when I see a price this low on a company this big with lots of coverage I dont think its an ACCIDENT OR OVERSIGHT. jdn
