What is AMD's and Intel's roadmap, as far as process technologies?

Let me start from what I know: AMD has about 600 wpw capacity in Dresden using .18u copper process. Some percentage of Austin fab has been converted to .18u Al process, but there is still some .25u Al capacity producing K6-2 chips.

Is Austin fab going to remain Al, and move to .18u? When is AMD moving to < 18u Cu process in Dresden?

I guess Intel is now probably more than 50% at .18u Al process. What is the next process going to be? .13u Cu? Who will be the first one to reach .13u Cu process?
