are being produced at a frenetic rate based on extrapolations in demand that discount
everyone moving into a bigger house every 2 - 3 year. I think what I see there is in all the high
tech areas as well.


Are you sure the extrapolations are based on bigger houses rather than more high energy use installed such as airconditioners? The price of aircontioners has come down so that the average American can now afford it. There are also hot tubs, more PCs, expectations or wider use of electrically run vehicles that are rechargeable, etc.
