I figured softie was Microsoft but I wanted to be sure. I am very familiar with Microsoft being a long time Apple user. After hearing Steve Balmer on Charlie Rose last night talk about the company I get the very distinct impression that it is going to be a long drawn out fight with the govt. that could go on for years before the monopoly issue is settled. Thanks for the book suggestions. It will be interesting to see if the Pasadena library has them. When people use the word hate I get a little uneasy. It has such a strong negative connotation. This than makes objectivity much more difficult. Mind you I am not a softie fan but I am still trying to keep some objectivity concerning them. As far as being hated because they are successful sounds to me like a case of the green eyed monster- jealousy. Martha
