I also think the DSO's had something to do with it. They are quite high. Chuck did not do a good job in explaining why they are so high.

The street remembers NETA (and others I'm sure). With NETA the DSO's jumped big time and the company fessed up later.

I think people still don't realize the impact the SEC has on the Company in not allowing the protection of the safe harbor rules. The Company cannot forecast without this protection.
The SEC has done a real diservice to the present stockholders for acts committed by former executives who are no longer with the Company.
