Hey FredE, Hope all is well. Re GG: I have no problem with him or any hack (good or bad) making recommendations. If the person has a good following that's fine. BUT and this is my point, when he is negative on a good sector and provides no supporting evidence for his position and because of it folks get out - leaving those that believe in the sector for excellent reasons... I have a problem with that. Yes, as someone pointed out earlier these stocks will come back. In the meantime GG has negatively impacted the earnings of those that probably know more than him in an adverse manner. This is reckless and I believe I have a right to find him at fault for this. He can recommend stocks all day long.. he's recommended many stocks I've held and with it helped them along. But I find it more than upsetting when he posts negative and uninformed information on a sector. That is my point. GG didn't make me buy anything and I would never buy on anyones recommendation without first doing my own DD. There is no conspiricy theory here. It's simple,... he should keep his mouth shut regarding sectors when he doesn't understand them. If he wants to pump 'em up - fine... but he should not dis them without having a darn good understanding as to what it is about the sector that bothers him and to share that so that and perhaps even provide a forum for differing opinions. That would be fair. OG
