I happened upon this drop down menu under Windows 98 SE that offers up various tools for checking on different areas of the computer. To get there follow this sequence: 1. Start button 2. Programs 3. Accessories 4. System tools 5. System information 6. Click on "Tools." There are twelve tools available some of which I've seen in other places and others that I have not. You're are probably already familiar with this but I know that there are people who frequent this thread like myself who didn't know it existed.
