Nonsense. What claptrap. Who are you to judge that the child should not be with his father because Cuba has a repressive regime? That being with his so called "free relatives" in Miami at the expense of not being with his father is somehow better for the boy. The courts have ruled. The law is served. Let the boy heal. Let us all heal without more attempts to inflame through political diatribe. It's time to move on.

I think you have allowed your politics to get in the way of your humanity and your common sense.

May 11th oral args are being given at the 11 Th circuit.

Reno has flouted the 11th circuits decision and the court will have a chance to answer Reno. This being the case, it is important for the anti-Elian forces to have Elian alter his application for asylum prior to May 11 Th. The case must be made moot.
