Captain, the other thing is 1.88 next year EPS is a minimum and is almost guarenteed. Question is how much forward PE to pay. For CSCO, AOL, and YHOO, SUNW wall street is paying 70 - 100 PE. Wall street has paid 60 PE forward PE to MSFT in the past but I think they may pay 50 or so now. So after the initial sell-off, I see the stock getting back to 1.88 * 50 or 94 in the next few weeks. MSFT consistently beats street and wall street may actually factor 2.00 * 50 and 100. This has to be kept in mind.
