Parental rights must have precedence over political freedom. I can assure you 2 billion or more Asians, Africans, South Americans, Indonesians will agree.

You cannot punish these parents anymore than you cannot punish a son for the sins of a father.

A definition of politics also includes that my "ism" is better than your "ism". And oppression is always in the eyes of the beholder. Europeans view North Americans as being oppressed. Maybe they should send their armies to come and deliver us from the oppressors.

Again, I say, leave politics aside. Think as a human being. As a human being you will undoubtedly agree that the young boy should be reunited with his loving father.
