I agree Merry. John Kaiser and Bob Bishop have been the 2 most influential mining analysts for a long time. I have read most of the mining analysts over the years and these 2 guys are the only ones I follow. Brian Fagan has also been around a long time, but I have only recently subscribed to him. Both of these guys know a lot of stuff, IMO. PS I don't know either of these guys and I guarantee you they don't know me <g>.

In 20 years I have never followed any of the other writers because in the world of mining, for what ever reason, there are a lot of political crusaders (most of whom I disagree with and don't feel I can trust their judgement - some have been yelling about hyperinflation and the imminent demise of the US economic system for 20 years. Bottom line, look at the price of gold and silver! I just want to know if the drill hole is a good one, and the deposit economic <g>. NO one, and I mean no one, has been even close when trying to predict the future prices of gold and silver over the last 20 years. The PGM's may be different because of the supply and demand fundamentals. I will see if I can cut and past their web sites and you can have a look.
