Oh, I think Slick and Hill understand the concept of law. But, in their elitist minds, like that of their arrogant, communist co-conspirator, Castro, they see themselves as being far above the laws that were written for "the masses". They think that only THEY, and the key people they've placed in positions of power throughout the executive and judicial branches of government, including the DOJ, know what's best for the 260+ million of us! And they WILL have it their way... even if it kills us!
