Hi KG4, that is a strategy that I absolutely adore IF AND ONLY IF they are far enough out. I my contention is - what is the advantage of having stock if we assume CORRECTLY that the market will eventually move up, I had rather have the options and like you say the leverage especially in a drastically reduced market. About the only advantage I can think of is the ability to write calls. Almost all of the K & G stocks are great in working that strategy. v
