Let's see...You admit there are such aspirations? Thanks....It is obvious that the aspirations go beyond survival, but entail "quality of life" as well. As I said, if you want to call that a refinement of the survival instinct, no matter.....As soon as social groups go beyond subsistence, they begin to develop civilization. If they come into contact with civilization, the influence is primarily in the direction of civilization. And although sometimes civilizations stagnate or are subject to external catastrophe, for much of their history, they seek to become more civilized.....The "we" is the common set of values that are associated with liberal democracy. I already stipulated that morals develop with social progress....How could the misapplication of technology mean that I am wrong?
