techtonicbull -- Guilty or not we shall never really know now! All the BS aside,,, anyone with a brain could tell Judge Jackson was prejudiced from the beginning. He included the dwarfs knowing 20 could agree on nothing-- stacked the deck against msft and Posner. He should have been removed from the case,, and IMO the bench. He could not even give a decent appearance of being fair.

Re: "I hope you are well aware of the beating MSFT can take in addition to the already large losses."

Yeah! The only fair way to beat(up) on your competitors! Go McNeily. Go Case, Go Larry.E let's hit him where it hurts. And all those faithful shareholder who make MSFT richer in the process they deserve it just as much.

We fight fair. We have the government on our side and we're proud of it! We're techtonicbullies with government P.I.

Congradulations you must have a huge short position? And I can only say you deserve everything that will be coming your way whatever that may be.

Just don't turn around cause Uncle Sam's behind your back.

You and other MSFT die-hards still don't believe that the company harmed other companies.

Sure they hurt other companies. Every company that competes against another company hurts the other company by taking market share. Are you proposing that Microsoft should have formed a covenant against competition with other software companies to divide the market so there'd be no losers?
