Dear Curtis: This disposition is expected to include a distribution in the form of a dividend to the holders of Global Crossing group stock Hmmmm, they say INCLUDE that indicates to me there will be OTHER distributions of the Global Crossing Group Stock. Seems to me right now we the shareholders own 100% of the Global Crossing Stock and all its subsidiaries including Center. Smells like a dilution to me and a surrender of a portion of OUR OWNERSHIP in the total for a piece of paper in a tracking stock. I AM NOT CONVINCED. jdn
