Hi Greg, the 10 billion is estimated bid by a consortium of which QCOM will be a participant. Considering how the spectrum auctions went in the UK, is this not reasonable? Always appreciate your thoughts.

maybee its a matter of speed. They know CDMA2000 is 2 yrs ahead of WCDMA. If they buy spectrum might force hand of DDI to move faster. Irwin said he didnt care which one as long as its the fastest impimentation.
