Hey Doc, What, it not crayfish season yet! I thought it was a cardinal sin not be eat, sleep and breath that food in New Orleans. I had an friend bring me take ton of crayfish boil seasoning recently just to get ready for this summer's boil off. We have to fly in it in my part of the world. Beside you got Commander's Palace in your part of the world to eat up all your trading profits. Remember you can't take all those profits with you.
