Charles, you are obviously a SUNW partisan. I am MSFT partisan.

Now, there is a disagreement between your group and my group. I contend that no laws have been broken. You contend that they have been. Let us see what the courts decide. Remember, the gov and this judge is just one step in the 3 step process. These guys will try to short circuit one step (the appeals court), but I contend that it wouldn't help them. Microsoft will be shown to be just a tough competitor and exonerated of most if not all charges. That is my opinion. Now, some on my side may believe that republicans are smart enough to understand the way the markets work better than the dems and so might drop the case...
