people who profess deep faith This is still too vague and general a phrase to make any sweeping conclusion. I would guess that virtually 100% of people have deep faith in something, in that they accept something as true without having personal evidence or knowledge of the event. Harm to society only comes with actions, not beliefs. The less someone understands the basis for a belief, the more likely they are to take inappropiate actions based on it. TP
