TigerPaw, don't you see how this administration and the media have taken the traditional moral underpinnings within society and completely flipped them over. "People of faith" have become the ones that we should fear when in fact it is they who are the ones who are helping people under misfortune to rise above the obstacle before them. Feeding & sheltering the homeless, the impoverished. Where do desperate people go when at their lowest point? They turn to faith-based institutions. You've also been fooled into thinking that it is compassionate to allow someone kill another, but it's considered uncompassionate to stop them from taking a life. Don't you see this a illogical? You'll have to forgive me for actually thinking these things through and not simply reciting left-winged dogma. I would not consider myself a religious person. But I believe in a 'christian ethic'. That means I would probably turn down a BJ in the Oval Office if I were given the opportunity. JH
