Whatever happened to the "idea"/"rumor" that MSFT was going to create a tracking stock for the internet based businesses?

It's very difficult to value the whole without placing a value on that piece. It's losing money and that's making the other segments look more expensive than they actually are.

Yet it obviously has value - perhaps a real lot!

Any insights you can share?
