Harry, I'm still cautious here on most.. only playing very quick bounces for a few points, or establishing long call positions for a summer rally (Octobers or Decembers).

Will watch NT, its a prime example of high expectations.

Follow through of double bottom on the COMPX

EPC= 0.34

A big portion of the gains on the COMPX came in the last hour. A quick check of I-watch volume on some of the gainer indicates less institution action than the price gains indicate. AMCC and PMCS are exceptions. We need the institution participation to sustain the gains.

People reacted positively to GLW earning. They beat by 6 cents. It is a positive to see stocks react to earnings again.

After the market close FFIV, NT and JDSU reported. FFIV met. It has a history of beating by a wide margin. Competitors reported blowout numbers so far. Down in after market. NT exceed their number handily with greater than anticipate revenue growth. JDSU beat by one cents. Given the expectation set up by ETEK, SDLI, NT and GLW this should be a disappointment for JDSU.

LU and NT earning set a good backdrop for ADCT. Last upgrade to ADCT gave a $70 target. Fair value is the low to mid-40's so it will have some protection in a market correction. It has held up the best in the volatility the last few weeks.

Rally was broadly based. People are just sick of the days and days of selling and are looking for a reason to buy.
