So you agree there will be no 400MHZ DDR???

Not in the next few years. It certainly will not be needed in that time frame.

Has it occurred to you that there is a reason why Intel is using DDR in servers? Servers are bandwidth limited, and apparently DDR provides all the bandwidth they need.
