Sure. It's not over 'til the fat lady sings. But meanwhile, MSFT wilts. Last time I looked it had declined from its opening price, while the rest of the market celebrates. JMHO.

I am not wrong. A Judge was the Judge for this case. The law is not on trial Daniel, MSFT was on trial. MSFT does have the right of due process but if their hope on wining on appeal is to put the long-standing Anti-trust laws on trial, then they might as well save themselves (or Zurich's) the legal fees and keep it in their own pockets. They will need all those legal fees for the 100+ and growing law suits that are building up on them weekly. So, once again, as it stands - MSFT DID IT. It is up to MSFT to prove otherwise now! Toy
