<<Partial-birth abortion is not a medical term. Doctors call the method dilation and extraction, or D&X, because it involves partially extracting a fetus, legs first, through the birth canal, cutting the skull and draining its contents. >>

Odd but the other night I explained D&X to a woman who was for it. She said it had to be something else because that was barbaric and against the law. Odder yet is they are taking a normal birth and changing into a breach birth for "the health of the mother".

Antonin Scalia is not now and never will be Chief Justice of the United States.

The Clinton Administration is not a party to Sternberg vs.Carhart. The St. Louis CA has struck down the Nebraska Law. Because of the way the Nebraska law is written, and the granting of cert. is described, the decision, if any, will not overturn Roe vs. Wade (IMO). This is an immense waste of the Surpreme Court's time, but that is their time to through away.
