If I was an MM I would try to bring the stock down as low as possible (selling stock short) before the next run. Notice that stocks will gain on less volume than they originally did! This is because many people are holding these stocks (some are holding the bag from March) - and the float on most OTCBB issues is a lot smaller! Compare the volume in Feb., March to April - people are holding or are stuck with shares. The majority of selling by the looks of the 144's came from insiders - take a look at KLYS for a good example.
