TOM-ROTFLMAO-if u got the zillions of free shares and warrants they award themselves u would take the money and run too and still have multiples of free shares of the company as SSP has of CHIP-may be we who buy r the fools and idiots-why don't we incorporate THE GOLDEN LIST using our own venture capital

Here's an insider filing that's a chuckle. Probably some generous person donated stock as a tax deduction - check the first line.
