This is getting way above my head--- do you mean that Tribe said Elian could get asylum, but still be taken back to Cuba by his father? then um-what's the point? And if the asylum petition is the on;y thing holding him here--- why is it valid if a child needs to be 12 in order to ask for asylum? I am very confused. AH Tom DeLay- one of Texas' finest- he is an ex-pest controller, which strikes me hysterical as he was one of the big pushes behind the impeachment effort- He just LOVES to appear on those CNBC programs and he is a nasty tough politician. I'm sure he is just honing in on anything he sees as a weakness in the administration. And well, oh dear, I've disliked Giuliani since he let his kid behave like a spoiled brat at his inauguration. There you go. You can see just how well-thought out MY opinions are!!!
